POST 10 >> ENGLISH LANGUAGE CHALLENGES

When I started to learn about English on the school days, I never would have thought the level that I will reach. But, I also think that the school’s lessons were too boring, all the people sitting around a teacher just listening about “how this word supposed to be pronounced” isn’t the best teaching method. The English classes on university were other thing, I think that write blogs was an amazing thing, also the days we were on the classroom doing work-sheets and interacting constantly with the classmates and the teacher, speaking English each class, because it doesn’t was just looking and writing what was on the board, it was apply English in everything, and it really make us to use our head.

I also think that, even if I have reached a high level of English I have to keep practicing, especially on my speaking skills and expand my vocabulary, because it always have delay my progress on the language learning, so I have planned practice every day a little with my sister, who is coming to live in with me Santiago next year and also have to practice because she will have an English subject too.
One of my objectives in my life is to travel around the world, buy one of that “World Tour” Ticket with my family and have our dream trip. Honestly I think that travel to another country is the only occasion to me to use English, but, who knows, maybe in the future, when I have my Public Administrator degree I will use English more than I could think once.

When someone ask me about what kind job I would like to have after I finish my studies of Public Administration, I always say that I'd like to work on The Office of the Comptroller General of The Republic, that's was always the plan when I decided study this career: work on Comptroller and oversee the government bodies, like  Ministries, under-secretariats, public enterprises created by law, municipal corporations, universities, hospitals, regional ministerial secretariats, and others, helping to shrink the corruption.
